Driver Terms
For LunchBox drivers: using the driver panel, location during a run, and handling food.
These terms apply to anyone who uses the DealsBanana driver panel to deliver LunchBox orders ("you"). DealsBanana is operated by Manviga LLC. A Restaurant may add you as its driver, or DealsBanana may arrange you directly. Your engagement terms (pay, schedule and employment or contractor status) are agreed separately with whoever engaged you. These terms cover how you use the platform.
1. Using the driver panel
- Sign in with your own account and keep it to yourself.
- Use the panel to start a delivery run, collect the boxes from the Restaurant (scan the pickup code), follow the route, and mark each building's boxes as delivered at reception.
- Don't use your phone in a way that breaks the law while driving. Pull over to update the panel.
2. Your location
- Only during a run. While you have a delivery run open, the panel shares your phone's location about every 30 seconds. That lets us keep arrival times accurate and lets the customers on that run see where their lunch is.
- We keep only your latest location, show it only to the Restaurant, DealsBanana operations and the customers on your current run, and clear it when the run ends. We do not track you outside a run.
- If location sharing stops during a run, the panel and the Restaurant will ask you to turn it back on.
3. Handling food
- Collect only the boxes for your run, and keep them closed, upright and at a safe temperature. Use the bag or carrier provided.
- Deliver to the reception desk or lobby shown for each building. Don't go to individual desks or doors unless the building requires it.
- Record each delivery in the panel at the moment you hand the boxes over. Report any missing, damaged or refused box straight away.
4. Conduct
Be courteous to customers, reception staff and building security, and follow each building's rules. Don't open, tamper with or keep any order. Customer names and buildings you see are for that delivery only: don't copy, share or use them for anything else.
5. Vehicle and insurance
You are responsible for a roadworthy vehicle, a valid license, and the insurance the law requires. Follow traffic and parking laws; fines are yours.
6. Ending access
The Restaurant or DealsBanana can remove you as a driver at any time. Access to the panel ends when you are removed.
