Coupon Terms of Use

These apply to every coupon you claim, in addition to the specific terms shown on the coupon itself.

1. Claiming and redemption. Most coupons are free to claim. Some carry a claim price, which is always shown before you claim and is charged at that moment; the discount itself is still applied in person. Show the QR code at the issuing restaurant to redeem. Each coupon allows one redemption; the first valid scan wins.
2. Validity. Coupons are valid only during their stated dates and while quantities last. Expired or fully-claimed coupons cannot be redeemed.
3. Restaurant terms. The issuing restaurant sets the specific conditions of each coupon — for example minimum spend, dine-in or takeout, excluded items, day-of-week or time-window restrictions, blackout dates, or a daily redemption cap. Where we support machine-enforced conditions they are checked at the moment of redemption. Those coupon-specific terms apply together with these.
4. Not transferable, no cash value. Coupons are personal to the claiming account, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Discounts apply before tax unless the coupon states otherwise.
5. Non-stackable. Unless a coupon states otherwise, coupons cannot be combined with other coupons, offers, or discounts.
6. If you paid to claim. A claim price is refundable under the Refund Policy — including when a restaurant closes or stops honouring the coupon before you could redeem it. A prepaid voucher or pack you bought is governed by the terms shown at purchase and by that same policy.
7. Fraud and abuse. Coupons obtained or used through fraud, automation, resale, or abuse are void. We may suspend accounts engaged in such activity.
8. Restaurant closure. If a restaurant closes or stops honouring a coupon we will use reasonable efforts to remove the affected coupons. Where you paid anything for the coupon, the clause above applies.
9. Changes. We may modify or cancel a coupon in cases of error, abuse, or restaurant closure, and may update these terms.
