Promotion Terms

The rules behind launch offers and other promotions.

These terms apply to promotions DealsBanana runs or shows, in addition to the Customer Agreement. Each promotion's own banner or page shows its price, dates and limits. If those differ from what is written here, the banner or page applies.

1. LunchBox launch offer ($1 first LunchBox)

• Who can use it: customers who are new to LunchBox, meaning you have never had a paid LunchBox order. It doesn't matter how long you have had a DealsBanana account.
• What you get: one box at the launch price (for example $1, including tax where the offer says so), on your first LunchBox order. If the order has more than one box, the offer applies to the most expensive box and the other boxes are charged at the regular price.
• Once per customer. Later orders are at the regular price. One person may not use more than one account to get the offer again.
• Where it applies: LunchBox orders delivered to a building we serve, from the Restaurant running the offer, between the dates shown on the offer. The launch offer runs October 20–31, 2026, unless the offer page shows other dates.
• Limited number. The offer may be limited to a number of boxes, and it ends early once they are taken.
• Not combined with a coupon or a prepaid pack order.
• Paying and holding. The offer price is held for a short time while you pay (45 minutes unless stated otherwise). If you don't finish paying, it is released.
• Cancelling. If you cancel your offer order before the ordering cutoff, it is refunded in full and the offer becomes available to you again for a later order while the offer lasts. After the cutoff, the usual LunchBox Terms apply.
• Who pays for it: the Restaurant funds the discount.
• No cash value, not transferable, and void where prohibited. We may end or change the offer for future orders, or refuse it where we see abuse.

2. Coupons and other offers

A coupon's own terms (discount, dates, conditions, limits) are shown on the coupon and set by the business offering it; see the Coupon Terms. Free-biryani drops, referral rewards and loyalty points follow the rules shown where you join them. Points and rewards have no cash value.
