Order-update texts: what we send, and how to stop them.

Effective Date: When text updates are switched on

These terms cover text messages (SMS) from DealsBanana, operated by Manviga LLC. They add to the Customer Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

1. What we text

Program name: DealsBanana Order Updates.
Messages: updates about something you ordered or booked, for example "your LunchBox is next" and "your LunchBox is at reception". These are transactional order updates. We do not send marketing texts under this program.
Who gets them: only customers who have added and verified a phone number and turned on text updates.
How often: it depends on your orders, usually 1–3 messages on a day you have an order.

2. Consent

By turning on text updates you agree to receive these messages at the number you gave. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything. You can follow your order on your order page and by email instead.

3. Stopping and help

Reply STOP to stop all texts. We send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
Reply HELP for help, or contact support (support@dealsbanana.com).
You can also turn text updates off in your account.

4. Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's plan sets what you pay. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your number

We use your number only to send these updates and to keep your account secure. We do not sell it. Our SMS provider (Twilio) processes it on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy.
