What it is
A meetup is a ticketed evening at your restaurant that we publish, sell and check in for you: a tasting menu, a chai pe charcha, a singles or ladies night, a festival dinner. You pick the night, the format and the price; we bring the people and the door list.
How it works
- Propose the evening from your dashboard: format, date, seats, price, and whether tickets are paid online or at the venue.
- We write the event page from your details and put it in front of diners, Manvi and the weekly email.
- Bookings arrive with QR passes; a minimum headcount, if you set one, cancels and refunds automatically when it is not met.
- On the night, scan passes at the door from any phone; a repeat scan is flagged.
- After the event the money settles and your share is paid to your Stripe account.
What it costs
Included on every plan, including Free. Included on every plan; ticket revenue is split after the event, with the split shown to you before you publish. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
