What it is

Two ways to bring the same customer back. A punch card — buy five, the sixth is free — lives on their phone and is stamped by a scan at your counter. A prepaid pack — thirty chais for a price you set — is bought up front and drawn down one visit at a time, and you are paid per redemption, never before.

How it works

1. Create a punch card or a pack from the coupon builder, with the count, the reward and the expiry.
2. Diners claim it once; the QR keeps working until the card is full or the pack is empty, and shows what is left.
3. Each visit is one scan at the counter; the reward or the unit applies automatically.
4. Your dashboard shows repeat visits per card and units left per pack.
