Event-hall enquiries, answered in minutes

A first reply drafted from your own listing — is the date free, does the party fit, what it costs, what is next — for you to edit and send.

What it is

The first reply to a hall enquiry says the same things every time. "Draft a reply" in your enquiry inbox writes it from your listing: whether the date is free on your calendar, your seated and standing capacity against the party size, your stated prices and packages, and a question that moves the booking on. A draft that mentions any price you have not published is thrown away for a plain one, so it can never promise something you did not.

How it works

  1. An enquiry arrives in your inbox.
  2. Press "Draft a reply"; the reply appears in the box, worded from your listing.
  3. Edit anything and send. Nothing is ever sent for you.

What it costs

Part of the Growth plan. Part of event spaces, on the Growth plan. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
